Code of Online Conduct
Chatting to other persons online is generally accepted as requiring
polite and courteous behavior, extending to strangers from different
countries and cultures those widely recognised levels of social
etiquette employed during telephone communications or meetings
in person.
While the great majority of our online users understand and
adhere to these recognised levels of courtesy and politeness
in all chat room discussions and the contents of Email Challenge
messages ("Communications") a small minority engage
in the unacceptable behavior during Communications (best described
as "Abuse").
BonusBet Skill Games accepts and recognises the rights
of our users to freedom of expression during online communications
but requests its users recognise their primary responsibilities
towards each other: Not to cause offence through the use of
inappropriate or inflammatory words comments or phraseology
during online communications either prior to, during or after
any online game session.
We require that You refrain from Abuse, whether intentionally
caused or not. Abuse may be specifically constituted by any
of the following:
- Using foul language or expletives in the course of communications
- Insulting fellow users whether in-game or not
- Repeated or one-off communications during a game session
intentionally timed to distract or otherwise interfere with
the course of the gameplay
- Employing sexual language or words suggesting inappropriate
behaviour
In addition, we strongly recommend to our users that they
withhold their email addresses from other users at all times
in order to avoid the risk of onward distribution or publication
to unauthorised companies or persons. BonusBet Skill
Games will not release email addresses to unauthorised third
parties unless required to do so by operation of law or regulation
and we request that our users extend that privilege to each
other.
Compliance with our Code of Online Conduct is a mandatory
requirement of all our users who have accepted our Terms &
Conditions for using the BonusBet Skill Games service.
We monitor, store and review all chat room and in-game communications
on a regular basis and will investigate any Communications
complaints submitted by our users. Failing to comply may result
in the suspension and / or termination of Your user account.

Management Fees
BonusBet Skill Games will charge You a management fee
(the "rake") for competing in tournaments and wagered
multiplayer games. The variable rake for multiplayer games is
clearly displayed within each section of the site relevant to

and is deducted from the winner's earnings. BonusBet

Ratings is clearly displayed on each game-specific web site

Golf
1. Single Player Tournaments: The objective
of the game is to complete the round or required number of holes
in the fewest strokes possible. Each golf player completes their
round individually.
1.1 Upon completion of the game, the player's score is submitted
and compared to the other competitors. Players are grouped
into tournaments according to the order of completion of their
games. The player with the lowest number of strokes wins the
prize. In the event of a tie, the player who came closest
to the pin with their first shot on Hole 3 wins the prize.
The prize is credited to player's account upon winning the
Tournament.
1.2 The number of entrants as well as the prize for each
tournament is clearly displayed on the website prior to tournament
entry. Each entrant is eligible for one prize per tournament.
2. No participation by BonusBet Skill Games.
Employees and representatives of BonusBet Skill Games
are prohibited from participating in Single Player Tournaments.
BonusBet Skill Games has no vested interest in the
outcome of multi-player games or tournaments.
MahJong
1. Single Player Tournaments: The objective
is to achieve the highest score. If two players have the same
score then the faster time wins. In the unlikely event that
more than one player has the same high score and the same time
then the prize is split between these players.
1.1 Fundamental Rules of Play: There are four (4) of every
tile except the flowers and the fruits. You must match pairs
of tiles that match and have at least one vertical edge open.
They must also not have any tile on top of them. You can match
the fruit tiles with any other fruit tile and the flower tiles
with any other flower file.
1.2 Scoring: All tiles have a certain "start" value
1 through 7. The score of a match is based on the "start"
value of the pair multiplied by the number of pairs left.
So, for high scores, match the higher value pairs first. Please
refer to the Game Instructions on the MahJong web site page
for the complete list of tiles and their values. Players score
by clearing as many tiles as they can before their time runs
out. The game is over when the timer expires.
1.3 The prizes for each competition tournament and number
of entrants are clearly displayed on the website prior to
tournament entry. Each entrant is eligible for one prize per
tournament.
Pyramid Panic
1. Single Player Tournaments: The objective
is to achieve the highest score.
1.1 In the unlikely event that more than one player has the
same high score and the same time then the prize is split
between these players.
1.2 Fundamental Rules of Play: The object of the game is
to get all of the cards in the pyramids down to the discard
pile. To move a card down click on the card that is one higher
or one lower than the top card on the discard pile. For example,
you can lay a KING on an ACE and an ACE on a KING. If there
is no card to remove from the pyramid, click on the top card
on the draw pile. If you clear all cards from the pyramids
you will advance to the next level. The game is over when
you cannot clear all cards from the pyramids and the deck
runs out. You can use the space bar or 'B' key to flip cards.
1.3 Scoring: You will receive the points on the 'points slide'
for each card you clear. You will receive bonus points for
each card in a run of cards that you clear. The longer the
run the higher the bonus points get. You will receive a 5000
point bonus for clearing the top card in each pyramid.
1.4 The prizes for each competition tournament and number
of entrants are clearly displayed on the website prior to
tournament entry. Each entrant is eligible for one prize per
tournament.
2. Knockout Tournaments: Two types of Knockout
tournaments exist where entrants compete in pairs in a pyramidal
tournament structure:
2.1 Four (4) Player Knockout Tournaments: Entrants begin
by competing in two pairs in a Semi-Final. The two winners
of the Semi-Finals progress to the Final where the game is
played again at no extra cost for the cash prize.
2.2 Eight (8) Player Knockout Tournaments: Entrants begin
by competing in four pairs in a Quarter-Final. The four winners
of the Quarter Finals progress to the Semi-Final where the
game is played again at no extra cost. The winning entrants
in the two Semi-Finals progress to the Final and play a third
game session at no extra cost for the cash prize.
2.3 Sixteen (16) Player Knockout Tournaments: Entrants begin
by competing in eight pairs in the First Round. The eight
winners of the First Round progress to the Quarter Final where
the game is played again at no extra cost. The four winners
of the Quarter Final progress to the Semi-Final where the
game is played again at no extra cost. The winning entrants
in the two Semi-Finals progress to the Final and play a fourth
game session at no extra cost for the cash prize.
2.4 BigCash 10 Round Knockout Tournaments: Entrants compete
in pairs in a maximum of ten rounds culminating in the Finals.
Winning players in each round progress to the next and play
again at no extra cost. All participating players who succeed
in progressing past the First Round will share unequally in
the cash prize.
2.5 Ready to Play: Entrants in Knockout Tournaments must
frequently review their progress in any Knockout Tournament
previously entered. Knockout Tournaments that require additional
entries (at no extra cost to that already paid) will appear
within the "Ready to Play" web site section found
under "My Tournaments" accessed from the web site
homepage. BonusBet Skill Games reserves the right to
submit a zero (0) score on behalf of entrants who have in

ace are worth 11, 12, 13 and 1, respectively.
1.3 Scoring: You get points for every card removed from the
pyramid. The higher up the pyramid the card removed is, the
more points you score. There is a 1,000-point bonus for clearing
all the cards in the pyramid.
1.4 The prizes for each competition tournament and number
of entrants are clearly displayed on the website prior to
tournament entry. Each entrant is eligible for one prize per
tournament.

The game is over when a winner is declared.
1.2 Minimum bet size is approximately $0.90 and maximum bet
size is approximately $180.00 per round (i.e. per game). BonusBet
Skill Games reserves the right to alter the bet sizes from

the game.
8-Ball Pool
1. Single Player Tournaments: The objective
is to achieve the highest score. If two players have the same
score then the faster time wins. In the unlikely event that
more than one player has the same high score and the same time
then the prize is split between these players.
1.1 Fundamental Rules of Play: The object of Single Player
8-Ball Pool is to clear the table of your chosen type of balls
('solids' or 'stripes') in the least number of shots possible,
within the allotted time, and without incurring deductions
from the 'Bonus Bank' by fouled shots or potting balls not
of your chosen type.
1.2 Scoring: Score points by potting either all the solid
coloured group of balls (numbered 1-7), or all the striped
balls (numbered 9-15), and then 'legally' potting the black
