* This is FREE, on-line contest sponsored by BonusBet.com. . .
* The Weekly Horse Racing Contest Day will be SUNDAY---each week---unless otherwise noted on BonusBet.com.
* Each Sunday, players will select one horse in each of eight designated races at a designated Thoroughbred racetrack for mythical contest wagers of $20 to Win; $20 to Place and $20 to Show. Contest Points will be awarded based on actual payoff prices in these races.
* The Weekly Contest track and the eight contest races will be designated Friday afternoon.
* Contest selections can be made from Friday afternoon through 12:30 PM, Sunday, (12:30 PM refers to the time zone where the designated track is located. For example, if the designated contest track is Aqueduct in New York, contest entries will close at 12:30 EST. But, if the contest track is Hollywood Park in Southern California, contest entries will close 12:30PM, PST.)
* Prizes will be awarded for the top three scores earned on that Sunday with no carryover of scores to the following Sunday.
The Weekly Handicapping Contest’s Seasonal Final
* The top three winners in any given Weekly Horse Racing Contest automatically qualify for a FREE PLAY in a ‘SEASONAL FINAL’ which will match the top three finishers in the preceding five Weekly Horse Racing contests.
* For example: The initial ‘Seasonal Final’ will match the top three players from each of the first five Weekly Horse Racing Contests. . .The tentative date for the first Seasonal Final is scheduled for early January, 2006.
* Top three winners in any given weekly contest will remain eligible to compete in additional Weekly Contests for Weekly prize awards, but once a player qualifies for a given ‘Seasonal Final’, he or she cannot earn a second ‘ticket’ to that Seasonal Final.
* Should a 1-2-3 finisher from any Weekly Horse Racing Contest finish 1,2, or 3, in a subsequent Weekly Horse Racing Contest, said player or players still will win the appropriate Weekly Horse Racing Prize. But, the next best official finisher(s) will become eligible for the Seasonal Final. Thus, in a series of five Weekly Handicapping Contests, there will be 15 qualifiers for the Seasonal Final.
* Players qualify for a FREE ENTRY in a Steve Davidowitz’ Weekly Horse Racing Contest in one of the following two ways.

Qualifying Method A:
Wager $20 or more on any single horse race in any wagering pool from Monday through 8:30 PM, EST on Sunday, the day of the Weekly Horse Racing Contest.
Qualifying Method B:
Wager $50 or more on any football game or combination of games, college or pro, Monday through 8:30 PM, EST on Sunday, the day of the Weekly Horse Racing Contest.

• To enroll in a Steve Davidowitz’ Weekly Horse Racing Contest, participants must provide their active username and password in the designated place for this contest on the web site. This information will be verified against our customer database and will bring eligible players to the contest entry selection page.
• If a player is not an active player, he or she must open an account before an entry in the Weekly Horse Racing Contest can be accepted.
• To be eligible for Prize Awards, all eligible players must have qualified via one or both of the qualifying wagering methods described above.
• Also, to be eligible for Prize Awards, all eligible players must select a horse in all eight contest races in the designated contest form on the BonusBet.com web site, prior to 12:30 PM on Contest Day, (Please note: the 12:30 PM deadline for selections refers to the time zone where the designated contest track is located).
• All selections are final after they are submitted and confirmed.
• In the event that any selection is scratched after submission of the selection form, the post-time favorite for that race automatically will replace said scratched horse(s).
• Only one entry is permitted per person in each Weekly Contest. Multiple entries by one person in any Weekly Horse Racing Contest are grounds for disqualification from all Prize Awards.
Regarding coupled entries and late scratches of parts of entries:
* In the rare case when more than one horse in a given contest race is coupled in the betting under one saddle cloth number---such as #1 and #1A----the player gets both #1 and #1 A when selecting #1 (or #1A) in the contest. . .The same is true for #2 and #2B; or #3 and 3C; etc.)
* In other words, If a player selects #1 and the #1A horse wins, the player still will get proper credit for a winning pick.
* If part of a coupled entry is scratched after a contest wager is made on that horse, the player will get the other half of the coupled entry, not the post time betting favorite. Of course should both halves of a coupled entry be scratched after a contest wager is made, the player’s contest selection will then switch to the post time betting favorite in that race.
CONTEST SCORING
• Each contestant earns points in each contest race, based on the win, place and show payoffs for the horse selected for that race in the contest entry form.
• Points will be based on hypothetical $20 Win, $20 Place and $20 Show wagers on that horse..
• Official payoffs for point scoring will be the official payoffs as posted at the designated contest track.
• A cap limit of 620 points (30-1) will be set as the maximum to be awarded for any single $20 contest win wager.
• A cap of 320 points (15-1) will be awarded for any single $20 contest place wager.
• A cap of 220 points (10-1) will be awarded for any single $20 contest show wager..
• A bonus award of 300 points will be awarded on top of the winning payoff (or on top of a capped win payoff) for a correct selection in a specified contest race—usually the feature race, but sometimes this will be the last of the eight contest races on that day. Please note that only one of the eight races will offer bonus points.
Example 1:
If a player’s selection in a contest race finishes first and the official pari-mutuel payoffs for $2 wagers at Belmont Park are: $6.00 to win; $4.00 to place; $2.40 to show, the player will receive a total of 124 points for that race.
$6.00 = 60 points for the hypothetical $20 contest wager.
$4.00 = 40 points for the hypothetical $20 contest wager.
$2.40 = 24 points for the hypothetical $20 contest wager

$12.40 = 124 Total Contest Points for this one Breeders’ Cup race.
Example 2:
If a player’s selection finishes second and returns $35.00 to place and $18.80 to show, no points would be awarded for the $20 contest WIN bet, while the points for finishing SECOND would be reduced from 350 to 320 (due to the 320 cap limit for place), and the points for finishing THIRD would be 188 for a total of contest points for this player’s selection in this race (no cap limit reduction for the show price in this case).
$35.00 = 320 net contest points for place, (cap limit of 320 for place imposed)
$18.80 = 188 contest points for show.

Example 3:
If a player’s selection wins the designated ‘Bonus Race’ for that contest and the pari-mutuel, payoff is $72, $35, $15 across the board, payoff points will include cap limits and bonus points, as below:
$75, (Cap limit $62) = 620 points.
$35, (Cap limit $32) = 320 points
$15,.(No cap limit) = 150 points.
Bonus BC Classic = 300 points
Total = 1390 total points for this longshot winner in the ‘Bonus Race.’
TIE BREAKERS.
In the event of ties for any of the top three prizes, the first tie breaker shall be the best finish by the player’s selection in the designated ‘Bonus Race’.
* If still tied, the next tie breaker will the total number winners picked in the eight contest races.
* If still tied, the next tie breaker will be the highest win price picked in any single contest race. (No cap limit imposed).
* If still tied, the next tie breaker will be the highest place price in any single contest race. (No cap limit imposed).
* If still tied, the final tie breaker will be the highest show price in any single BC race. (No cap limit imposed).
PRIZE AWARDS
