Imagine... you're watching your favorite football team
on TV. The ball is on the opponent's twenty yard line,
its third and eight. What will the next play be? A run? A
completed or incomplete pass? Or even a turnover?
You decide, you wager and you can
win by choosing the correct outcome.
PXP - Play by Play Wagering creates a brand new, fun and
exciting way for the casual fan or sophisticated bettor to
wager on each play of a live sporting event.
PXP - Play by Play Wagering offers an electrifying "Fixed
Odds Proposition" style wagering on every snap of the
ball, during a live game from your personal computer or laptop.
These "prop bets" fall into three basic categories:
Offense, Special Teams and Game props. Offensive and Special
Teams props have more frequent occurrences that will occur
at various times during an offensive drive or special teams
situation. Game props are worded so that outcomes are based
on the end result of the game.
With an easy to use wagering console, you can place your
wager quickly and easily, and get your payouts almost as fast.
With PXP, you can choose from various bets located on the
PXP Wagering Console.

Propositions and Outcomes
The following section describes the proposition wagers that
will be offered throughout a football game. The outcomes associated
with each proposition reflect the different ways a proposition
wager can be graded.
What will the next play be?
- Pass completion – A forward pass
is complete when a receiver clearly possesses the pass and
touches the ground with both feet inbounds while in possession
of the ball.
- Pass incomplete – A forward pass
is incomplete when the ball hits the ground, goes out of
bounds, hits the goalpost or crossbar, or the receiver does
not have 2 feet inbounds or control of the ball
- Rush – A play in which the ball
is not passed forward and is run with. If the quarterback
is sacked it is considered a rush as he never passed the
ball. A lateral or backwards pass is also considered a rush.
- Turnover – A play which results
in the defensive team obtaining the ball after the offensive
team started with it. This can be a fumble recovery or interception.
Will the [ Team ] get a first down on this series
of downs?
- First Down – Results when the
offensive team moves the ball at least 10 yards forward
from the initial spot that they started that series of downs
on. A penalty on the offensive team resulting in a repeat
of first down is not considered a first down.
- No First Down – Results when the
offensive team fails to move the ball at least 10 yards
forward from the initial spot that they started that series
of downs on. This could be in the form of a fumble, interception,
turnover on downs, punt, or a fieldgoal.
What will the [ Team ] do on this drive?
- Touchdown – A single score that
results in the offensive team gaining 6 points. This usually
happens when a player runs or passes into the endzone.
- Field Goal – A single score that
results in the offensive team gaining 3 points. This happens
when a player kicks the ball through the uprights.
- No Score – When the offensive
team does not score any points on that drive. This happens
when the offensive team commits a turnover or punts the
ball away.
Will this FG attempt be successful?
- Field Goal – When the offensive
team kicks a ball through the upright of their opponents
gaining 3 points.
- No Field Goal – When the offensive
team attempts and fails to kick the ball through the upright
of their opponent.
Where will the [ Team ] return the football to after
this kickoff?
- Drive start over [ X yard marker ] –
Barring any penalties the returning team will not advance
the ball past the
[ X yard marker ].
- Drive start under [ X yard marker ] -
Barring any penalties the returning team will not advance
the ball past the [ X yard marker ].
Where will the [ Team ] return the football to after
this punt?
- Drive start over [ X yard marker ] –
Barring any penalties the returning team will advance the
ball past the
[ X yard marker ].
- Drive start under [ X yard marker ]
- Barring any penalties the returning team will not advance
the ball past the [ X yard marker ].

of any inaccurate scoreboard information or if the incorrect
team has been designated as having possession.
- For the proposition "What will the next play be?"
any play declared no play by the officials as the result
of a penalty will be graded "No Action" or "Push/Cancel"
and all money is refunded. Plays will be graded when penalties
are enforced at the end of a play and the outcome is considered
an official pass or run attempt or sack as far as NFL official
statistics are concerned. If a punt or field goal attempt
is made, the line will be graded "No Action".
If a punt or field goal attempt is made, the line will be
graded "No Action". Interceptions and fumbles
that are recovered by the opposing team are considered "turnovers",
safeties are not, and would be considered a "Rush".
If the offensive team loses the ball due to a turnover but
then regains the ball during the same play as a result of
a fumble by the defensive team, the play is graded "Turnover"
and both the series and the drive are considered finished
for wagering purposes.
- Any pass completion that is considered an official pass
completion as far as NFL statistics are concerned, that
is not fumbled and recovered by the opposing team is considered
a "pass completion".
- Any incomplete pass that is not intercepted or ruled
no play will be declared "pass incomplete".
- Any play that is not a pass attempt that does not result
in a turnover and is not ruled no play will be considered
a "Rush" play for wagering purposes. This includes
rushes for negative yards or no gain, sacks, and safeties.
- For the proposition "Will the offensive team get
a first down on this series of downs?" any series that
results in a new first down or touchdown by the offensive
team is declared "Yes". If the drive ends during
that series as a result of anything other than a touchdown,
the line is graded "No".
- For the proposition "What will the offensive team
do on this drive?" a drive is considered to be finished
after a score by either team is made, time remaining in
the half has expired, a team commits an interception, lost
fumble or a turnover on downs. If the team punts the ball
but regains possession as the result of a fumble by the
receiving team, the drive is still considered active.
- For the proposition "Where will the defensive team
return the football to on this kickoff?" the outcome
will be graded at the spot on the field where the defensive
team begins the next drive, except in the event that they
return the football for a touchdown (all touchdown returns
are graded "Over"). Any play declared no play
by the officials will constitute "No Action" or
"Push/Cancel". If the kicking team attempts an
onside kick or a turnover occurs, the line will be graded
"No Action" or "Push/Cancel".
- For the proposition "Where will the defensive team
return the football to on this punt?" the outcome will
be graded at the spot on the field where the defensive team
begins the next drive, except in the event that they return
the football for a touchdown (all touchdown returns are
graded "Over"). A return to the side of the
over/under line that is closer to the kicking team's
endzone will be graded "Over" and a return to
the side closer to the receiving team's endzone will
be graded "Under". Any play declared no play
by the officials will constitute "No Action" or
"Push/Cancel". If no punt is attempted or the
offensive team gets a first down or touchdown, the line
will be declared "No Action" or "Push/Cancel".
If the defensive team receives the punt but loses possession
as a result of a fumble, the line is declared "No Action"
or "Push/Cancel" and the drive is still considered
active for wagering purposes. If a punt is blocked and the
offensive team turns the ball over on downs, the play stands
and will be graded according to where the defensive team
begins their drive (likely graded "over").
- For the proposition "Will this FG (Field Goal) attempt
be successful?", if no FG attempt is made, the line
will be graded "No Action" or "Push/Cancel".
- All bets that are placed after the play has started will
constitute a "Rejected" status and all money is
refunded.
- If lines are put on the board for an upcoming play but
a coach challenges the ruling of the previous play, those
lines will be graded "No Action" in the event
that the challenge is successful.
- All disputes pertaining to proposition outcomes on NFL
games shall be settled by the data contained in the "Full
Play-By-Play" section of the box scores at www.nfl.com/scores.

be at the sole discretion of PXP Services Inc.
